Mount Hagen has a pretty good instant coffee that I used to drink a lot.

There is some decent instant coffee on amazon that I've used while traveling/backpacking. It's not bitter at all and is hoenstly better than gastation and most restaurant coffee.

If you're willing to overpay for instant coffee, this stuff (Mount Hagen brand) is pretty good for instant. Additionally, the Starbucks via stuff is alright but also very overpriced.
