If you're not worried about gaming, you can literally grab the cheapest old budget card with digital out. Something low-power that doesn't need any additional power from your power supply.

Here's some super cheap options, in slightly increasing price/performance. They're all super slow but the latter ones could play some old games ok:

Funny that Steam states that your CPU and ram is good enough for recommended specs when it doesn't even normally run 30 fps.

I'm guessing your lack of external GPU and dedicated vram is eating through your already strained CPU and ram.

I'm not sure how much a middle school student can afford and I CAN'T guarantee better results, but I'd say getting a low end GPU (eg. ATI Radeon HD6450) would be cheapest "option" you could try to improve your game's performance.

ALSO you got to understand not many of us can help you as it's hard to know a situation of a middle school students nowadays. If you were like an average redditor, the "best" solution would be to simply get a new computer/parts.

Looking around on Amazon you can get this Lenovo computer for $329 which covers all of the minimum specs except for the graphics card but you can get this Radeon HD6450 which should cover you on that front too.

Hope this helps get you started somewhere at least. Also, I should mention I play on PS4 as well and my knowledge of computers is mediocre at best so take this with a grain of salt.

Any cheap discrete graphics card will give you much better performance.

Discrete here means not integrated.

For example this radeon should provide a boost in performance. This may be a temporary solution for you, but it may be worth it until you can save for a better system overall.

Without details of what integrated graphics you're using I can't give you a performance comparison though.

Edit: Maybe go with an NVIDIA card, given that they currently perform better with Tribes. They can be found for similar prices.

well shit

try a different display if you haven't already

if that doesn't work, try a different gpu if you can. I'd recommend picking up a shitty cheap one like this

I used to run it on a PC with a Radeon HD 2400 pro 128mb before I Upgraded my video card. I had to run everything on the lowest settings but it worked. What I would recommend is buying a [refurbished PC tower](http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dell-Tower-Desktop-Computer-PC-Core-2-Duo-2-93Ghz-4GB-1TB-DVDRW-Windows-10-64-/331865451342?hash=item4d44b8eb4e:g:lGEAAOSw44BYQF--
) on ebay and putting a low end video card in it. Could probably get something decent for about $160 total.
