Look for a gaming laptop. They're laptops with very powerful specs and up to date components. MSI make great stuff in the laptop space and they're value for money is unmatched. This one looks great:

That you can get a cheap 920m laptop and still get good FPS on RS3

Around the same price point with more RAM and a better processor. Similar to the one I have and I run next gen titles on medium for the most part.
