I've got a pair of mundial and they don't suck. I use them primarily for spatchcocking chickens, so I cut bone with them all the time and then split them and throw them in the dishwasher. They are great for $20

Mundial take apart kitchen shears. They split apart at the fulcrum, which makes them super easy to clean in the dishwasher. If you like to cut down on single function kitchen gadgets they also double as a bottle opener and a nutcracker. I’ve had mine for 10 years. Also recommend the mundial brand if you ever need fabric shears.
