Before and during from Nov 24 to Dec 31 of this (past) year. That's what a month of spiro did for me! (I'd been on Pocketderm for a couple of months prior.)

Better quality shots from all angles: November 22 and December 30.

Just dealing with PIH and the occasional pimple now!

Edit: Another user requested routines from everyone posting pictures, so I thought I'd oblige!

Both sponges are dry in the picture. The old one is 6 months old. I know you're supposed to replace it after about 3-4 months but I never knew how big of a difference there was until I finally bought a new one recently. I put it off because I thought it hadn't changed much. There was a difference in size but most importantly a big difference in texture too, my old one had become more rough and I had to press down harder to get my skin feeling smooth. When I tried the new one last night I'd forgotten how soft it can be and I didn't have to apply as much pressure as my old one.

This is the My Konjac Sponge in French Green Clay. If you're in the US they sell this also at Whole Foods for $12.99.

I loved the scrub too, but what I think you're mostly seeing results from is the exfoliation. SCA recommends using liquid exfoliation mostly, but there's some approved physical in the sidebar. Check out AHA & BHA.
