Don't know why everyone is telling you he'll be fine... BTs scar very easily and it is likely he won't grow hair in those spots. I know because mine was also rough-housed by litter mates on his feet and those scars never fully healed to grow hair. However, you can minimize the scar now by applying a balm that has Calendula as an ingredient. I used this product on mine that really helped minimize scarring: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00TP0SZ6M/. He'll recover well and if you do socialize your with other dogs he'll most likely come back with a red snout and a few nicks here and there, and the balm is good for that too.
