I've heard good things about Nature's Hollow, and I love me some Xylitol (good sugar alcohol).
Welcome to xylitol honey as a substitute my friend. I keep this in my cabinet for just such a need (great on Keto waffles as well).

Just remember that xylitol is dangerous for dogs (dont let them near it), but is great for your teeth (reduction in corrosive bacterial bi-products in the mouth have been reported when using xylitol).
On top of everything else, most paleo diets even consider xylitol acceptable as a sweetener since it is derived from paleo accessible sources (such as fruits and corn husks).
As for fruit, berries are AOK on keto in moderation (a strawberry is about 1g net carb each). Potato substitutes run rampant here and at /r/ketorecipes. These include parsnip, jicama, radishes, and the king of veggies...cauliflower.
Honestly, once you shift away from the remaining natural starch sources, keto and paleo are very compatible. Some of my favorite recipes started as a paleo recipe that I modified (mostly to remove things like juice or honey as a sweetener).
