It has 20 strains and 50 billion CFU if you take 2 pills daily. I may try doing just one pill a day to see if it’s still ok. Probiotics are not cheap.
Yes, here is the probiotic I was taking that I suspect is the issue and here is the yeast based one that I don't think is the culprit as I'd been taking it for a while before starting the aforementioned one. I started taking these supplements to kind of re-balance my system as I also was taking Sovereign Silver daily to help with acid reflux and possible SIBO... I REALLY regret doing any of this right now. Was a bit too cavalier about my microbiome.
When I asked my sister-in-law, who is a natural wellness coach, about probiotics she said I didn't have to necessarily take the refrigerated ones, but did recommend two specific brands: these and these.

I always do some research and find the best quality while still being a decent price. I can't imagine paying 5x as much is really gonna make the quality that much better if at all. Seams to me the ones that are stupid high priced only have better looking packaging.
Anyway, this is what I got and it seams to work just as well or better than any other brands I've tried. Make sure you're taking it on an empty stomach and letting it dissolve before you eat.

Not that these can cure it, but they may help symptoms till you can get a game plan or find a good doctor to help. Hopefully adding good bacteria with probiotics can take up more real estate then the bad guys and feeding the good bacteria with a prebiotic soluble fiber like psyllium husk can help them thrive. Cutting out the sugar should hinder the bad bacteria food source. Just something to try for cheap till you can figure some fix out.
