I anticipated this on my new build a few years ago since I had a very large case so I used extension adapters:

All the cables are the same as they are in your system, but the proper length for cable routing. You could even buy an extension kit if you wanted to save time and aren't as worried about going super crazy.

These are very common to use, because you can basically zip tie everything in the back, and the only think showing is your nice extension cables!
You can get those cables from NZXT. They're extension cables, so they'll work with your existing cables. I have a couple of white versions of that so I can route all of my cables behind the motherboard.
You could also make them yourself.
Your 24 pin does seem too short, I highly suggest something like this to help, you can try looking for a cheaper non sleeved one if you want. I also highly suggest you get sleeved gpu cable extensions if you decide to get that sleeved cable extension.

Reviews and pictures. PCpartpicker is a great tool but must be used in conjunction with additional research.
>Another question on the PSU: Fully/Partially/Not modular; I went with fully modular because I read you can remove unneeded cables (better cable management). Would you recommend I continue looking for a fully modular PSU?
The difference between fully modular and semi in a complete build (aka one with a graphics card) is zero. The semi modular just has 1x24 pin, 1x8pin and 1x8pin for the graphics card hard wired, cables that you'll use anyway. So when talking about a complete build, there is only one difference between a semi modular and a full modular one: You might be able to use replacement sleeved cables. Even that isn't a big of a deal since it's simply easier to find extensions.
Now a fully cabled one is messier. And yes, it's advisable to get a modular one if your budget allows and it's not that much more expensive. But one of the good things about S340 is that it comes with a PSU cover. Which you may use to hide all the cable clutter.
TL:DR, if your budget allows, do get a fully/semi one.
