This is the whackiest idea but I swear to you it works. At least it works for me. I use the end of a vibrating toothbrush. I keep one of these in my swim bag for just this application.
I turn it one, press the end of it against the base of my ear and lean my head over. Ear unclogs in less than 10 seconds every single time.
TIL: I need this.
