Super delayed, but I found the name of the chai concentrate and it's available on Amazon or directly through the maker.

I use Sugar Free Oregon Chai Tea Latte, made with 1/2 HWC and 1/2 sugar-free, sweetened almond milk (total amount according to the directions). Then I add a tablespoon or two of coconut oil and blend it.

If I'm feeling energetic, I'll pre-blend the HWC until it just starts to thicken, then quickly blend in the rest.
