The one I use is OrthoMolecular. I was using a different supplement last year called AllerC which was similar, but when I went to the store to buy more this year, they were out. That's how I discovered DHist. This is one of the cheapest ways to order it but if you want to try it out they make them in bottles with 40 capsules or so. https://www.amazon.com/Ortho-Molecular-Product-Natural-D-Hist/dp/B0006ON6D8

Hmmm.

Well, my advice is predicated on the idea that the allergic reaction to shellfish isn't a life-threatening one.

I've actually found that NALT makes a pretty good antihistamine, because it competes for metabolism with the same enzyme that makes histamine. Stinging nettle is also a known antihistaminergic herb.

Ortho Molecular Therapies has a product called D-Hist that looks quite highly rated. I've tried Ortho's pregnenolone before and it worked very well, so I wouldn't doubt this is a workable antihistamine--I think I'll probably get some, myself, in order to gauge it's effects for myself.

Also, Black Hoof mushroom (something Nootropics Depot is carrying now) is supposed to reduce allergic reactions, especially with regards to eczema. I have my mother (who has eczema) trying it, and with my numerous gastrointestinal hypersensitivities I'm taking it, too. I haven't tested it rigorously, yet, but I would say that I've noticed a reduction in GI inflammation recently. It might be helping my mother with her eczema, as well.
