I see the company is based in Kochi, Shikoku. "Muroto Deepsea Water" is a Shikoku thing too apparently so this tea is probably from Shikoku, not Okinawa.
Ukon tea is うこん because the kanji for tumeric is too rare:
鬱金, which mean "Melancholy" and "Gold"
