It was easy to verify. Sometimes it was correct, usually it was too vague and only made sense after the target was physically located. The best history of the programs—which moved from SRI to different military-intel agencies over two decades—written by a good political history journalist Howard Blum. It's called "Out There." https://www.amazon.com/Out-There-Governments-Secret-Extraterrestrials/dp/0671662600
The most interesting part is that their star psychic, who had been a secretary, had always said she was naturally psychic. This really PO'd the people who were claiming they could teach it to anyone. Apparently it was nearly impossible to "teach" it to people who didn't already have psychic/psi experieinces.
Nice. Thanks for the tip. I wish there were more serious researchers out there. I can only read so much Dolan, you know?
Edit: wow, Amazon readers kinda trashed it.
