I've heard that the mysize 64 is pretty good, if those are too tight for your preference bump it up to the mysize 69.

I don't know how much condoms cost locally over there, sorry, can't make the comparison myself.

I've previously used TheyFit condoms; they're a little difficult to get in N.A. since they're from the U.K., but so far they were the best fitting condoms that I have ever tried. You can get some more info about them here.

They also do a pretty good job with sizing information. Using your measurements, I've determined your best fit would likely be something around 210 mm in length and 64 mm in nominal width.

Knowing that I had a look around and here are my recommendations:

• Trojan Naturalamb (does not protect against STIs!) - Width: 2.7" (68 mm) - Length: 7.9" (200 mm)
  
• MY.SIZE 64 Width: 64mm - Length: 223mm - can be found on Amazon
  
• TheyFit (as mentioned above) size Z22 - Width: 64 mm - Length: 210 mm
  
• Female condoms, such as the FC2 condoms available on Amazon - If you really can't find a size that works for you, get these. Since they go in her and not on you, they're made larger and it should be easier and less constricting.
