Sadly, you'll have to spend more than $2000 for a decent, modern shoulder mount camcorder. It has the same sized sensor as a DSLR, plus a pro shoulder-mounted camcorder form factor, XLR mic inputs and a servo zoom lens.
Since it has the standard Sony E mount, you can also adapt your DSLR lenses to this camera.

I would get a couple of new shoulder mounted HD cameras, so you can handhold them comfortably if you ever need to.
