Find a pelvic floor PT. Some urologists don't even mention them. Some will. Depends on the doc. Either way, find one, either in your medical network or private ones. If you find one in your network, ask/tell your doctor to refer you to that one. If they won't go to another doctor. Or...not sure where you are posting from, but there are private ones to.
