I have several Plano cases and they're fine for what they are. They're light duty cases that are good for keeping your gun from getting scratched or dinged up while moving it from house to car to range, and visually concealed. None of mine are secure, even when locked through the locking holes they're easy to pry open, but that's not why I have them anyway.

You might also take a look at their vertical rifle case. It's about twice as much, but has much more room if you have a wide rifle or want to keep the case from actually contacting your scope or other parts.

Much rather have the Plano Vertical Rifle case, especially if you have an uber scope.
