If you want to get rid of lumps on the go, you need a motorized blender bottle. Basically a portable blender, but just for powders. They run about $40 on Amazon:
It also depends on how you want to make it...if you want to mix it in a liquid like water or a milk alternative, then you'll be more sensitive to how grainy the product is. If you have a good plug-in blender, you can mix them up really well in that & store them in one of those double-walled, vacuum-insulated tumblers to stay cold.
