Then I'll be cooking dinner and "OH SHIT!" there's no where to put the spoon.... stock my house!

I have limited counter space and am constantly frustrated when I'm cooking because there is nowhere for me to put my utensils or pot lids. THIS would be a lifesaver because it can hold a spoon and pot lid, while not taking up much space.
