Well, shoulder pain is the worst for bed time. I know I have RA. So understand how you feel.

A few things to consider.

  1. 500mg of phenubit 1-2 hrs before bed.

  2. Also I suggest a Tempur-Pedic pillow if you will be laying on your back it was a life saver for me when I had to do the same.

  3. 3d sleep masks with super soft ear plugs that come with them. See link below for details.

And thanks for the concern about my sleeping habits! I recently bought an eye mask for my husband on amazon because HE has trouble sleeping when I have the bedside lamp on.

He declined to wear the mask so I use it - and it makes a huge difference in the way I sleep. The quality of sleep is better, judging from how refreshed I feel in the morning.
