DVI is a digital connection, so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding an adapter for the DisplayPort connections on your GPU.

Why DP? HDMI to DVI requires no conversion since it's the same video signal. All you need is a basic adapter.
If it has to be DP, new video cards don't require an active adapter. They detect the type of signal you need automatically.

edit: I somehow missed the part saying it's a 120Hz monitor. Yes, you'll need an expensive active adapter.
you can use a displayport to hdmi cable or a displayport to dvi cable. for example

DP is a non issue. You can have cables or converters for under 10 bucks

That adapter is no good. I'd just grab a cable, and if that doesn't work return the monitor for a newer model. You must have grabbed an old model anyway if it doesn't have DisplayPort.
Easily solved with $12!
Or $15 for the AmazonBasics one.
Edit: Nevermind; didn't even notice the max supported resolution for these is lower than 1440p. RIP.
