Okay! So whenever my dog gets this kind of friction rash (usually when breaking in a new collar or harness) it make sure to clean it and put some neosporin on it after walks.
But if the skin ins't raw anymore, I don't think you need to do that. It's already well on the way to being fully healed, but if your woried about it getting worse (if it's going to rain and get wet again or anything like that) you can get something to put under her equipment so that it doesn't rub directly on to her skin
Something like this or this could work - you can just not put her ears in it and leave it around her neck. I actually did that today.
