i just saw on twitter someone with the same problem and they said they bought this tag https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P2H7PNY?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share off amazon that says not to touch the baby. you can find a lot of stuff like this and if they still approach the baby just be honest that you don’t want them touching them. hope this helps.
