To give you a little more detail on that pretty complex subject: The Power of your PC or the Mbps your ISP gives you has nothing to do with whether or not you can stream 4k on PC. It's a DRM problem.
Netflix's 4k DRM uses HDCP 2.2. Both your input and output device have to support it, for the 4k content to play. The good news is that your Sceptre U505CV-UMC supports HDCP 2.2 if the info I found is correct, the bad news is, that your pc does not (
non does). Correction: apparently very few GPUs do support HDCP 2.2, like the GTX 960.What should work as an input device is something like the Roku 4 (at least on paper).
I have a Roku 3 and it works great. They have a Roku 4 out now.
We use this Roku model which is standalone for the past 3 years with Sling TV and zero issues. We also have the black AirTV box and the devices all sit on a laptop cooling fan pad.
It's a streaming box that you connect to your TV like any console or Chromecast. You can stream anything that you would normally stream via your phone or PC like Netflix. Costs only about $120. It's pretty popular among cordcutters.
