Cracked screen and picked up a replacement off Amazon in black.
Pretty easy swap using a hair dryer and the supplied tools including an old gift card. did the moonwalk with fingers to peel the glue off the screen and the kit came with precut adhesive to keep the glass in place.
Trying to sand down the blue on the sides now but proving to be a pain around the buttons.

This glass repair kit should work (It comes in different colors). If your actual screen is messed, there doesn't seem to be anything for less than $100-$150, but unless you have lots of unhappy looking bars and lines, that's unlikely. Hope this helps.

I got quoted yesterday for glass replacement at $140.
The pro kit has a comment that has some great advice, and i believe there are some videos. I have the phone insurance, and for $100 i can get a replacement. I can keep the old phone too for a small (compared to a new phone) fee. So i think i'll give the glass repair kit a go as long as there is no legal crap associated with the fee.
