I wouldn't mind some body acne. As long as the guy smells good and his junk doesn't stink (lol) , it's all good! My bf has a clear face and some acne on his back. And even if he has some acne on his face, I'd still be attracted to him!
Do you use a body wash that's for acne? Neutrogena makes a good scrub. Also, you should use a body scrub like this

I'm the opposite (lucky you, I'd rather have acne on my back than on my face!!) ..get few bumps on my back but the scrub clears it up!

For kp on my arms I use a Salux cloth[https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000CSH3YG/ref=asc_df_B000CSH3YG5431366/?] and a sulfate free body wash (Dove sensitive skin). When I do it consistently it’s helped with the bumpiness but I find that chemical exfoliation helps a lot too. I use AmLactin right after the shower for that.
