Unsure about the Atari system, but the Sega 'console' is made by a Chinese company called ATGames. They've been making this product for a while and amazon reviews are not super favorable. The wireless controllers are prone to drop inputs and the 80 games is actually about 40 actual Sega Genesis games and then 40 'in house developed' games.
At that price you could find at least the two original consoles. You'd be short the games, but probably better off in the long run.
They don't make it themselves, but it's officially licenced by Sega. The Genesis Classic Game Console console has been out for a while, It also plays real Genesis games.
