I second this. You should be able to get this combo with about 200 bucks to spare right now. If you buy used, maybe even cheaper. The only problem is that the Tamron 28-75 f/2.8 is highly sought after right now. So if you purchase it, it may take a day or two to come in. I wouldn't waste your time with the FE version of the 50mm f/1.8 since its autofocus in the dark environments can be quite unreliable. The 85mm f/1.8 is a really great bang for buck prime you can get for around $500 bucks.
There's also the option of upgrading what you already have. I don't know too much about Canon lenses since I'm a Sony user. But for your A6000, I'd consider getting either of the Sigma f/1.4 lenses (16mm, 30mm, 56mm) if you got any left over cash. That way you'll have a body with a nice creamy prime and another one with a solid zoom for more versatility. Telephoto options for Sony are scarce and I think all the ones that are f/2.8 will eat up your entire budget. There's f/4 options or you can adapt a Canon telephoto for much cheaper.

not sure how the heck you are vlogging with a 50mm on a crop sensor body bro. a6300 would be good, and look into a sigma 16mm 1.4 https://www.amazon.com/Sigma-16mm-DC-DN-Contemporary/dp/B077BWD2BB .. even the kit lens would be decent if all you are doing in vlogging.
Sigma 16mm 1.4 is the recent fav for many. Sony 10-18mm f4 can be scooped easily second hand but not as beloved.

Alles klar. Also wenn du eine Festbrennweite möchtest, hast du da schon ne Idee welche Brennweite diese haben soll ? Weil ein 35mm bzw. 50mm (50mm bzw. 85mm Vollformat Equivalent), halte ich für wenig sinnvoll.
Ein sehr gutes Objektiv, wäre dieses hier :
https://www.amazon.de/Sigma-DC-Contemporary-Filtergewinde-Objektivbajonett/dp/B077BWD2BB/ref=sr_1_5?__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&crid=1CH8UPPBD76S2&keywords=sigma+objektive+f%C3%BCr+sony+alpha&qid=1557671523&s=gateway&sprefix=sigma+objektive%2Caps%2C164&sr=8-5
Alternativ dazu :
https://www.amazon.de/Sony-SEL-28F20-Weitwinkel-Festbrennweite-Vollformat/dp/B00UJRSO52/ref=sr_1_30?__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&keywords=sony+objektive&qid=1557671480&s=gateway&sr=8-30
https://www.amazon.de/Sony-SEL-55210-Tele-Zoom-Objektiv-F4-5-6-3-geeignet/dp/B00HV9TB4O/ref=sr_1_1?__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&crid=347VIHYQPVJZQ&keywords=sony+55-210+e-mount&qid=1557671667&s=gateway&sprefix=sony+55-%2Caps%2C162&sr=8-1
Und die sind halt wirklich nicht so geil. Könnte aber durchaus reichen um erstmal zu gucken, ober dir die Brennweite überhaupt gefällt.
Was ich ggf. am sinnvollsten halten würde, wäre jedoch sowas :
https://www.amazon.de/Sony-SEL-1018-Ultra-Weitwinkel-Zoom-Objektiv-geeignet-schwarz/dp/B009AU9CQO/ref=sr_1_15?__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&keywords=sony+objektive&qid=1557671427&s=gateway&sr=8-15
Not the first guy but this lens is pretty much the standard for any of the a6XXX series cameras.

I personally have the a6000 with this lens which I just recently started trying my hand at astro and I think it works great. You typically want a wide angle lens with less than 24mm focal length (for APSC) and 35mm (for full frame) and like moto_robo mentioned with an F stop of 2.8 or lower.
This site does a great overview for astro in general if you haven't seen it already.

Sigma 16mm f/1.4, best lens I've tried for APS-C sensor
it's under $400 in amazon
it's very sharp
I used this mostly on my last trip to Seoul
great for portrait, landscape, architecture
I brought my SEL35F18 and SELP18105G, but rarely use them
btw, I have the same camera as yours, a6400
Bokeh is hard for wide angle but still possible. Sigma 16mm 1.4 would be the best for your purposes. https://www.amazon.com/Sigma-16mm-DC-DN-Contemporary/dp/B077BWD2BB/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1519975153&sr=1-3&keywords=Sony+sigma+16
The rule of 500 helps out with shutter speed. Take your divide 500 by focal length and it will give you the number of seconds you can expose. Wide is generally best. 500 / 24mm (crop equivalent) will give about twenty seconds of exposure.
I have my iso set to about 1600 - 2000, but I’m also using a Sigma 16mm f1.4 wide open at f1.4 to let more light in. The kit lens is nice, but won’t open wide so you’ll need to boost the ISO higher.
You’ll need to manually focus on the stars. Cranking the focus all the way to the infinity side will actually blur the stars a bit. Focus assist will help with that.
So set the camera to M, open the aperture wide, use the rule of 500, and mess with the ISO. You can also brighten in post. Don’t forget a tripod like u/NorthawayPhoto said.
Here is a photo I took with the Sony a6300 with the Sigma 16mm at f1.4, 20 shutter, ISO 1600, brightened a tad in post. I dropped the shadows some to bring out the stars a little more.

yeah thanks dude, really really super helpful. I think the whole photography thing is so vast it's quite difficult to find what's 'right' if that makes sense, but im not one to blame my equipment either, i've taken some fantastic shots with my kit lens, and even with my phone, a samsung S8. I just find it difficult to shoot in low light, but perhaps i need new lenses.
This is what i'm thinking of buying next: https://www.amazon.ca/Sigma-16mm-DC-DN-Contemporary/dp/B077BWD2BB
I just bought a Sony A7ii (with kit lens) which should be the first lens I get?
I am coming from a Nikon D5100 with 18 - 200mm (my most used lens due to flxibility) and 35mm f1.8. I mostly take pictures of landscape/cityscape and occasionally people.
