I just bought a new scale on Amazon that not only gives your weight but also your BMI, body fat %, and a ton of other info. I'm kinda blown away by how nice it is for the price (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XP9TB98/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). I do 30-60 minutes of cardio every day, so I know I'm building muscle mass while burning fat mass, and having that body fat % number to watch when the weight stalls is a great way to see that I'm still making progress.
Yay I got my new scale today. Now I'll be able to get back on track!
