Actually there is a collector's edition of Mania for PC. I managed to find one on Amazon too, just trying to decide if I'm willing to pay $125 AUD including shipping. I suppose it's not too expensive at that price.
Amazon.com sells the collector's edition and they ship internationally (at least to Canada, can't check Australia.)

They have every version in stock except the Nintendo Switch. The PC version should be region free as well, can't vouch for PS4/XB1.
I hope they release the special edition for the Switch. I preordered the PC version when they announced it, but I'd prefer to get it on the Switch :(
