Unfortunately it is only available online, not in any local stores. You can get a variety pack which has one bottle of each flavor, but it's kinda pricey for only four bottles... I guess because they can't make them in bulk like the normal packages.

As a caregiver who makes lunches for 6 clients all with various degrees of dietary prescriptions. Majority which are purée. I am expected to make their meals separate and to proper temperatures. Idk what's going on at that facility where your love one is but I would highly recommend questioning them further. Ask to see how the "grey goo" is prepared and what's in it. If they refuse you got bigger problems which contacting the regional center and possibly fill out a report with an Ombudsman. Because that's unacceptable they feed her slop.

We use this mostly for beverages and soups for those that can't have them as they are. Soylent even comes in a tub and can easily be mixed with very little effort.
