I did the same thing to my foot. Knocked a freshly brewed & poured cup off the counter onto my foot (was wearing socks). Had the sock off in a split second but still lost a layer of skin and had a nasty burn for days.

If this is still a new burn, these work miracles (they remove the pain completely, or at least they did for me and it heals faster). 2nd Skin can probably find them at the local pharmacy (or a similar product from another brand).
