I have this case, if its not the thinnest it's got to be in the top 3, it's paper thin. I love it.

Now, it could easily have been a true defect of my phone for all I know...but both times after the drop, despite no evident physical damage, the LCD would just die. It would start with a dead pixel in one corner, and would steadily spread in purple-back-misery across the screen until it was fully black.
Fortunately, both times was fully covered by the manufacturer warranty. Thanks to the cases, there was at least no physical damage, so they treated it as a screen failure and paid for everything but the materials I shipped it to a service center out of state in.
I use the black titanium Dbrand skin for everyday use and the Spigen Liquid Crystal Case if i'm doing anything that can have my phone fall or get hit.
