I'm using this with a Spigen case: Spigen LG G6 Screen Protector Tempered Glass / 2 Pack / 9H Hardness / Case Friendly for LG G6. No gap issues, seems to be made with their cases in mind.

Absolutely LOVE this screen protector. Leaves about a mm around the edge of the glass.

I've never seen any that have a cutout for the logo.

Anyway, I have the Spigen two pack, it stretches to the bottom.

Spigen, and others, makes a case friendly glass. The Spigen glass works well on my Spigen Armor case but not so well on the Unicorn Beetle case. Cant speak for the others.
