So Gamestop really dropped the ball on this one. I also pre-ordered the deluxe edition bundle when pre-orders first became available with the figure through my local gamestop. I went in the Friday of launch and the guy said they hadn't received any of the deluxe bundles of the game. I called a few times that weekend and was met with a similar response that they hadn't received any in and didn't foresee any being shipped anytime soon. I was pretty peeved because what the hell is the point of pre-ordering if you aren't going to have what I pre-order??
I went in the Sunday after release again and talked to a super competent store manager who could immediately tell something was up with the way it was categorized in their system. She went in the back and made a phone call and then came out with a copy of the game and the figure. I didn't quite follow her explanation, but basically the figure wasn't a typical deluxe special figure, but was in fact the black series Cal Kestis that could be purchased separately. The fact that the figure wasn't a deluxe exclusive seemed to be screwing with their system and made it difficult for the employees to figure out what it was customers were supposed to get. Of the 4 separate employees I talked to, only this manager was able to figure it out and solve it for me so my advice is to keep trying perhaps?
For reference, I'm 99% sure this is the figure. I say 99% because I didn't look too hard at it when I got it, I was just happy to have finally gotten it. It's still sitting in the gamestop bag at my house so I clearly haven't looked hard at it since either...
Edit: also, both the pre-order code and deluxe content codes printed out on my gamestop receipt, just in case you're missing those too.
Edit 2: saw you said it was supposed to be in an all-white box, the figure I got is definitely a black box, that I know for sure. I wish I had saved some proof of what it was I pre-ordered earlier in the year as well because when I went to pick it up I couldn't honestly remember what I had pre-ordered.
