Wet them both and wring them out thoroughly and then fold into squares. Spray your window with the glass cleaner of your choice. Isopropyl or vinegar based is fine. Take your first towel and hit the perimeter of your glass surface first, then vigorously rub the rest of the glass down. Keep your towel flat and don't let it bunch up. You want to use your full palm. Immediately come behind with your second towel and polish out any streaks. Perfect windows every time.
