Prune juice. Seriously, nothing like it and it’s not that bad tasting, really.

Or, if you would rather take something try Swiss Kriss tablets. Between these two things you’ll never have issues.

sometimes this is exacerbated by iron in your prenatal so i would check with your dr if you can try a non iron.

hydrate tons including with warm liquids (tea, lemon water, brothy soups)
Swiss Kriss Herbal Laxative worked for me when nothing else would (i tried metamucil & other suggetions from dr)
put your feet on a stool (look up poop stool). I use my son's step stool for the sink.
don't strain or you might get ever worse problems
