If you don't care if you have a fancy design, like on that site, you can get them on Amazon for less than $40 shipped for the vial in green or blue and a $26 holder.

Watch out if you search for tritium on Amazon, though. You'll get a TON of things that are just regular glow-in-the-dark but have tritium as a search term.
