Beta-Alanine is supposed to help with negative withdrawal symptoms. But at this point, it is better to go to a hospital if this is an option. Pregabalin, gabapentin also helpful, but if he is showing addictive behaviour a long term solution cant be another drug.


Also, if really interested in helping (which I see you are) maybe have a look at the origins of addiction and how to overcome that
