and the source code examples are right here on github.
So if you're already somewhat comfortable with blender/python/scripting, then just look through the code without buying the book and you'll probably pick up something.
Hell, I never knew about drawing with
bgl
in the viewport until I saw the code from 6-4Can't speak for the book itself though. Didn't buy it, didn't read it.
