No problem, you've got me curious now though :)
If he's pretty mature, I would go with Be a Changemaker or another one aimed at teens, The Teen Guide to Global Action. Chelsea Clinton's book strikes me as more background reading about various issues rather than for planning specific actions. [edited to add: Looks like there's also a version of the second book aimed at younger kids, which might be worth checking out if you can find a copy, it's 20 years old so may be pretty outdated though...]
And again if you can find an organization that supports his cause, they will probably have a lot more ideas as well.
