>Those within the intelligence community are counterintelligence specialists who have a specific agenda of disinformation aimed at deceiving and hiding the truth from the public for reasons yet to be understood.

This is correct, but the idea that information pushed is not related to the above is incorrect.

The Robertson Panel recommended: the National Security Council debunk UFO reports and institute a policy of public education to reassure the public of the lack of evidence behind UFOs. It suggested using the mass media, advertising, business clubs, schools, and even the Disney corporation to get the message across.

cia.gov

Of course the official story was that it was simply because UFOs provided inconclusive data, but in reading Bluebook, anyone intellectual honest in interpreting the data can see UFOs tracked a real, physical phenomena that presents huge implications, re:national security & otherwise. The government thought so to, as they continued reporting under JANAP146 & AFM55-11 in CIRVIS reports.

But, you need to look at the larger picture the fact the CIA psychological warfare unit funded Tabloids

...and the fact they controlled the newswire, preventing stories from breaking while sending them to the tabloids with skewed information.

aka: promoting misinformation. Which hit a all time, explosive peak, during the 90s with various disinfo efforts, which were direct hoaxes.

So in fact the CIA & USAF are directly responsible in how hoaxing has been incorporated into UFOlogy, and while it might be hard to prove its currently continuing, you'd have to be an idiot not to see the larger picture.

There is evidence out there too, for people who are good at digging, but if you post it, the source disappears. So then it's a question of, do you want to leak something that hints or shows intelligence involvement in a hoax channel or source of hoaxes, or do you want to analyze what they are releasing with the knowledge it's being done on purpose....

That's not even acknowledging intelligence agents follow around the UFO crowd like puppies...(or get directly involved)

> yeah ok buddy i just told you i had and there's no reason to believe any of that nonsense.

So you believe every intelligence operation dating back to the creation of the CIA and the intelligence agencies embedding themselves into news media, with documented projects of this actions (though the previous link and this presentation is more comprehensive and the documented cover up and public "un-investigations" (Initially planned the end dissappointing results, then lied about the results, still classified topics above the study) into the premise, that all of this was for shits & giggles-or just to discredit a bunch of normal terrestrial information that is easily discredited as is, or doesn't even bother people (just look at how many criminal actions are glossed over daily)?

Im not saying reptilians are running the government, or that there is proof of that or more. I don't know personally. It's quite hard for anyone to be able to discern fact from fiction. But the idea everything in the alien sphere was simply made up to cover up regular boring human-level lies & deceit? Nonsense.

There is a good argument for quite a bit of activity from outside this world though. Where or what it is exactly, I don't know if anyone could wade through all the BS to know for sure. There is actually a decent body of evidence dating far back before modern mythos on the subject, even for crop circles

I stopped posting links because I'd be here all day. But I left just the fundamentals, of the government trying and failing, and then as you know, 30+ years of disinformation followed. But if you look at what it actually discredited, it was always one subject. Terrestrial lies, cover-ups and conspiracies are destroyed daily with little effort. The only ones that leak are high-school-politics horseshit, that rarely ever link back to real power brokers (but if it does you see obvious signs). The most common theme is patsies and scapegoats.

If it were to simply cover up regular old conspiracies, it's a lot of extra work. A lot. Probably translates into millions if not billions spent too, for what exactly? The latest drones crash in Iran/China & are cloned a week later, high school politics of _____ said bla bla leak just the same.
