About the Author
Oscar Fingal O'Flahertie Wills Wilde (16-Oct-1854 to 30-Nov-1900) was an Irish playwright, poet and author of numerous short stories and the Portrait of Dorian Gray.
I'm also a member of Deviantart and about half the art related to dorian gray is named portrait the other half is Picture
It's like half the world believes it's picture and the other half portrait which is very strange
"The Portrait of Dorian Gray" is in the public domain, so anyone can publish it. I'm an art director of a gothic horror fiction anthology, The Ghastling, and have also designed an eBook cover for "Portrait"; it's always been "The Portrait of Dorian Gray" for me, until it magically changed to "Picture" about a year ago.
