It happened almost by chance. I have always been a "seeker", but never a "finder". I discovered the work of Lester Levenson, specifically, The Sedona Method.

After discovering this work, I began doing it constantly. All day, every day. Going through every emotion, every past event that was still troubling me. I dropped it all, I felt lighter and lighter as I did this. On the sixth day after beginning this practice, everything just kind of shifted. I felt at peace with myself and the world. Thinking mostly stopped, and the thoughts that did come I did not take ownership of. They were not "my" thoughts, just thoughts.

I felt love and compassion for everything. It was a lot like taking psychedelic drugs, but without the distortion of reality or body high. I laughed a lot.

I don't know what else to say, I will answer any questions you have.

Or their courses. You may know someone with access to their recordings. It a super simple technique and program but does wonders in all aspects of life.

I do! more often than ever now because I'm actually able to do these bursts of happiness on demand. I've started reading a book called the sedona method, after I watched a short clip of Hale Dwoskin and some others talk about happiness on TV.

For anyone who wants to learn how to hold onto this feeling or "create it", check it out The Sedona Method its worked really well for me.

This will probably get dismissed as nonsense but this changed my life. Good luck bud.
