If you fancy Madoka criticism I would personally recommend https://www.amazon.com/Very-Soil-Unauthorized-Critical-Puella/dp/1508800421/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1541812139&sr=1-1&keywords=the+very+soil instead. It's a slightly lighter read that maintains a more coherent tone than Revelations in my opinion. Both are decent reads though.
