Fellow potsie here! I bought thermotabs off Amazon. They have potassium in them as well, which were easier on my stomach than just salt. I paid $15.78 for two bottles, 100 tablets each. My doc advised 5000mg a day, so at ten tablets it’s roughly 78¢ per day.

I do take up to like six per day. It says on the label how much is absorbed. I've heard good things about natural calm as well, though I've never used it myself.
