~$15 for a 2 pack. No need to wait for a year to be told that grapes decided not to grow this year.

I dunno if this will help but I also had a "no birth control" and "definitely no Gardasil vaccine" mother so I kinda get what's up. Some things that helped me:
Ginger tea and that natural chewable [crystallised ginger]
(https://www.google.com/search?q=crystallized+ginger&client=safari&hl=en-gb&prmd=sivn&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjzoamX3KXTAhVm04MKHUuyB28Q_AUICCgC&biw=375&bih=559) you can find in health food stores (the more raw looking, the better; it's a strong taste though)

Yogi or Traditional Medicinals tea have other good options for menstrual cramp relief if ginger is too strong a taste for you. Look for ingredients like sweet fennel, chamomile, true cramp bark, raspberry leaf.

Epsom bath, which you might find things you can add herbal wise

Hot water bottle - I'd put near boiling water in mine but make sure you always have a fabric cover on it.

Ibuprofen or Midol if you can get it.

Tiger Balm - would use this from my mid to lower back and on the sides of my waist and in the front angles of my hips. This is really strong stuff which feels like a super intense cooling menthol; be careful touching your face even after washing your hands and frankly I wouldn't apply this any lower than the mons pubis.

Also, long term, exercise - didn't see the benefits until later, but gradually working up to weighted exercises for all abdominal areas and lower back eventually helped me a ton. I've stopped working out significantly in the past two years and my period pains get really bad now. When feeling pain the least, I was doing all manner of sit-ups, crunches, reverse crunches, bicycles, planks, side planks, hanging lifts, and regularly used a sort of twist-crunch exercise machine at the gym and a kind of lean-back-against-weight seated machine. That might not be useful to you now, but I swear, there was a definite difference in period difficulty when at my peak vs now.

If I think of anything else, I'll edit this comment. I'm so sorry you're dealing with this.
