Honestly, it's under $20, so it's not a travesty if you forget it on the train, and it looks plenty stylish with a suit. Also, wind resistant and will keep you dry.
This is the one I have. It's pretty decent; it's pretty lightweight, but it doesn't feel too flimsy. It seems like it'll last a reasonably long time, especially for $20.
I'm sure that one is fine but I feel like it's going to be marked up due to the brand/design. I bought this one last year and it's been holding up really well.

This Totes umbrella is the best I've come across. I don't care for "golf" umbrellas and those mini umbrellas don't strike me as particularly useful or appealing.
