Grill and fish cleaning table with a tap and sink like this , be it fresh water from a 5g jug or lake water either is better than leaning over the side of the boat to rinse your slimy fish and almost falling in after trying to grab it when you drop it.
I also hate climbing over my back seats to get a cast when I have a lot of people on board(I take the shittiest spot out of courtesy) so a good platform in the back would probably beat the extra seating that never gets used.
Also, go bigger rather than smaller with the anchors we drag around 2 20lbs like they're nothing on windy days I wish we'd gone with 40s at least.
